SHIPPING AND RETURN

DELIVERY

All our shipping is sent via Auspost, tracked with a signature to ensure you receive your goods securely and timely. 

 

 

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods including trade tools to return them. 

 

All returns must be notified within the 30-day period, you are responsible for return postage, we advise sending goods via Auspost using Tracked & Signed For, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which go missing on their way back to us. Unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage to you.

We will provide a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods, assuming they are in resalable condition, including undamaged packaging. 

 

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges; we only offer refunds based on the terms above. Please reorder the item online.

 

Returns received after the 30-day period will be eligible for store credit only which will be issued by an e-gift card to the email address on the original order.
