At Tooltech Australia, we strive to ensure that your order arrives securely and on time. All our shipping is sent via Auspost, tracked with a signature required upon delivery.

Delivery and Timeframes

  • Express Delivery: Which usually arrives within 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of $15.00

​

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

​

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Locations

  • We deliver Australia-wide. If you are located in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

Signature on Delivery

  • To ensure your goods are delivered securely, a signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not available, Auspost may leave a card for you to collect your parcel from a local post office.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our delivery services to other regions in the future.

​Tooltech Australia Returns Policy
 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help! Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
 

Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods to return them for a full refund.

  • All returns must be notified within this 30-day period.
     

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn (except for trying on for size), unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.
     

Excluded Items

  • Please note that clearance items, custom orders, and certain personal protective equipment (PPE) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
     

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at info@ttechtools.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
     

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the postage cost of returning items to us. We recommend using Auspost with Tracked & Signed For service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing on their way back to us.

  • Please ensure you send us the tracking information from Australia Post once your return has been dispatched.

  • Include a note in the package with your full name, order number, and contact details to help us process your return more efficiently.


Refund Process

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 30 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
     

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges; we only offer refunds based on the terms above.​

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a
    new order for the replacement item.

Late Returns

  • Returns received after the 30-day period will be eligible for store credit only, which will be issued via an e-gift card to the email address on the original order.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns, provided they meet our return criteria.
     

Confirmation and Inspection

  • You will receive a confirmation once we have received and inspected your return. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
